These terms cover your use of this site. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

The directory covers service providers in India. Both of those are true at once, and nothing below is intended to take away a protection you have where you live.

What this site is

A directory of local service providers. Every listing was entered by one of our representatives after visiting the business or meeting the individual. We are not a party to any arrangement you make with a provider, we do not employ them, and we do not take a commission on the work.

Listing here is free, and paying us does not get anyone a better position or a badge.

Using the site

You may read the site, use the listings to contact providers, and leave reviews. You may not scrape it in bulk, republish the listings as your own, use the contact details for marketing, or try to interfere with how the site runs.

You may quote a listing or link to it. Please link rather than copy, so that what a reader sees is current.

How accurate the listings are

We check listings in person and we still get things wrong. Businesses close, move, change their prices and change their phone numbers, sometimes the week after a visit. Treat every detail here as correct on the day it was recorded, not as a promise about today.

Verification badges describe what a representative confirmed on one day. What each badge means is set out on how verification works. A badge is not a warranty about the work, the person or the price.

Prices shown are what a provider told our representative they charge. Agree the actual price directly before work starts.

Reviews you post

You keep what you write. By posting it you give us permission to publish it on this site and to keep showing it, including after a listing changes hands, and you allow us to edit it for length or to remove part of it under our content policy.

Post about your own experience. Do not post anyone's personal details, do not post about a third party, and do not post a review you were paid to write. We remove reviews that break the content policy, and we do not have to explain every removal in detail.

Removal and suspension

We may take down a listing, lower its verification level, remove a review, or block an IP address from posting, at our discretion — typically because something is inaccurate, because a report gave us reason to doubt it, or because a provider asked us to.

If you are listed and want the listing changed or removed, write to grievance@lustoriaservices.com. You do not need an account.

What we are not responsible for

We do not arrange, supervise or stand behind the work a provider does for you. Anything you agree with a provider — the job, the price, the timing, the outcome — is between you and them. We are not responsible for the quality of the work, for loss or damage arising from it, or for anything a provider says or does.

We also cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors.

Nothing here tries to exclude a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This section is being finalised

Disagreements

Tell us first. Most problems are a wrong phone number or a listing that needs correcting, and writing to grievance@lustoriaservices.com fixes them faster than anything formal. We answer a complaint about your own information within 15 days, and a report about content within 7 working days.

If that does not settle it, a dispute goes before the Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Castilla-La Mancha. Where you are a consumer and the rules that apply to you give you the right to bring a claim closer to home, that right stands and this clause does not remove it.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
