We are a small team building a directory of local services you can ring with some confidence. Every listing here was entered by one of our representatives, in person, not scraped from somewhere else and not submitted by the business itself.

Why we built it

Finding someone to clean a flat, cook for a family or give a massage usually means asking around, or wading through listings nobody has checked. Phone numbers are dead. Prices are three years old. The same photograph appears on four different businesses.

We take a narrower approach. Fewer listings, each one visited. Where we have checked something, we say exactly what we checked. Where we have not, we say that too.

How a listing gets here

A representative visits the business or meets the individual. They record the name, address, phone number, hours, prices and what is actually offered, take photographs on the spot, and ask the person to confirm they are happy to be listed. Nothing is published without that consent.

Back at a desk, an editor tidies the wording. Then the listing goes live at whatever verification level our checks support — which is often the lowest one, and that is fine. A listing with no badge has still been seen by a person who stood in the doorway.

There is no form on this site for adding your own business, and there are no accounts for business owners. If you want to be listed, get in touch and a representative will arrange a visit.

What we check, and what we do not

Our checks are described in full on how verification works. The short version: a representative may call the listed number, photograph the premises, or look at a document and hand it straight back. We do not collect, copy, scan or store anyone's documents — not an Aadhaar card, not a GST certificate, not a police verification letter. We record that a representative saw it, what type it was and when it was issued. Nothing else.

A badge on this site means a person checked something on a particular day. It is not a guarantee about how the work will go.

Where we are

We are live in the cities listed in the footer of this page, and we would rather cover two cities properly than ten badly. New cities open when we have representatives on the ground there.
